Robert L. Schuler

Mr. Schuler is the President and Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 to February 1, 2003 and as the Chairman from October 1993 to October 2005. He served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of that company from May 1995 to October 1996, as Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors from October 1990 to October 1992 and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors from September 1989 to October 1990. He has been on the board of directors since 1985. Mr. Schuler graduated from College of Business and Management in 1968.
