Jacob K. Phillips

Mr. Phillips was joined to our Board on January 12, 2012. Since October 2008, Professor Phillips was a Managing Director and Vice Chairman at Lake Region Hospital, working on special projects. He was a Senior Advisor to Lake Region Hospital in October 2008 through May 2010. He is a member of the Office of Financial Research’s Financial Research Advisory Committee and has served on the Standards Advisory Council to the International Accounting Standards Board, the Users’ Advisory Council to the Financial Accounting Standards Board, and was a member of the International Capital Markets Advisory Committee at the Big Stone Stock Exchange until its dissolution. He holds several board seats for early stage companies.
