George J. Broyles

George J. Broyles was appointed to the Board of Directors on April 17, 2007. Currently Mr. Broyles is an Executive Vice President for Russell Investments, a global investment solutions partner headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It specializes in multi-asset solutions, scouring the globe to deliver the best investment strategies. As of May 25, 2007, Russell Investments administers $403.6 billion in mutual fund and pooled assets and manages $151.5 billion in assets. Mr. Broyles is the head of Russell Investments Advisors Segment and a member of its Executive Management Committee.

Mr. Broyles’s broad background includes financial, legal, securities and business development experience gained from over 20 years in various senior management positions with Russell Investments. Formerly he was with the White & Case LLP International Law Firm where he was significantly involved in corporate securities and acquisitions. His earlier experience also included a judicial clerkship for the SCOTUS clerkships as well as public accounting experience with BDO USA
