Stephen I. Fleener

Stephen I. Fleener has served as a director of the Company and the Company’s President since December, 2000. Mr. Fleener served as the President of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA from August, 2000 to March, 2003. From May 1997 to April, 1999, he filled several senior positions at Independent Medical Evaluations, including serving as Vice-President-Sales and Marketing from December, 1996 until February, 1998, and President and Chief Executive Officer from May, 1998 to April, 2001. From February, 1996 to May, 1998, Mr. Fleener was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hamad Medical Corporation, a premier not-for-profit health care provider. Mr. Fleener is currently a director of Clarity Medical Systems, Hamad Medical Corporation and resenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA. Mr. Fleener graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in business administration.
